Cancellation Policy
HD Brows Policy To ensure your safety and achieve the best possible results, please read the following before your appointment. Before Your Appointment Please inform your therapist if you: * Are pregnant or breastfeeding (the tinting stage may not be suitable). * Are under 16 years of age (tinting is not recommended). * Have had an allergic reaction to hair dye, tint or waxing products. * Have eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, sunburn, cuts or broken skin around the brow area. * Have an eye infection (e.g. conjunctivitis). * Have had Botox or dermal fillers within the last 2 weeks. * Have recently had chemical peels, laser treatment or microdermabrasion. * Are using Retinol, Retin-A, Tretinoin, Accutane (Roaccutane) or other skin-thinning medications. * Have had recent eyebrow tattooing or microblading which has not fully healed. A patch test is required for all new tinting clients, clients returning after more than 6 months, or where there has been any change to medical history. ⸻ Aftercare For the best results, please: * Do not touch or rub the treated area for 24 hours. * Avoid make-up around the brows for 24 hours. * Avoid direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms, swimming pools and excessive exercise for 24–48 hours. * Avoid exfoliants, retinol, acids and anti-ageing skincare around the brows for 3 days. * Avoid fake tan on the face for 3 days before and after treatment. * Do not pluck your brows between appointments. ⸻ Booking Confirmation By booking an appointment with Royal Nails & Beauty, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this HD Brows Policy. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe to proceed.
