Cancellation Policy
Eyebrow Tint Patch Test Policy To ensure your safety, a patch test is required before eyebrow tinting or HD Brows where appropriate. A patch test is required if: * You are a new client. * It has been 6 months or more since your last eyebrow tint. * You have changed your tint brand or products. * You have developed a new allergy or medical condition. * You are pregnant or have recently given birth. * You have started new medication that may affect your skin. A patch test should be carried out at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Please note: * A negative patch test does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur. * We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a patch test has not been completed where required or if it is considered unsafe to proceed.
